Solicitor - Personal Injury - Birmingham

You will be a solicitor defending a caseload of litigated fast and multi-track EL and PL claims for one of this national law firm's key clients. You will be part of a wider team that also provides a range of high quality legal services on complex matters to the firm's liability claims clients. These include NHS Resolution, local authorities, insurers and commercial clients.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload under supervision from a senior lawyer, supporting and developing the junior team members and delegating tasks to junior fee earners as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have, amongst others, experience of working closely with a client to deliver exceptional service, in line with their business needs and strategic objectives along with technical acumen across a range of areas including: negligence, EL/PL, vicarious liability, disease, personal injury. Experience of working with NHS Resolution (previously NHS LA) will be of benefit, but is not a requirement.
