Our client is an award winning, innovative and dynamic business specialist Law Firm. It is a democratically run firm- everyone is involved in all aspects of the running of the firm. They don’t have a dress code for attending the office (only when meeting clients) and many of their lawyers arrive on their bike in shorts and flip flops. They are looking to recruit two more Company/Commercial solicitors to their five-member team. The position is for 1-5 years PQE, but other PQE will also be considered. The position can be full time or part time. The salary is competitive and will depend on your PQE and relevant experience. As a member of the Company/Commercial team you will deal with all aspects of commercial contracts, IP, Trademarks, corporate transactions such as buying and selling businesses, mergers and acquisitions.
