ISDA Negotiator

Your new company
A London based asset management firm with offices globally and over £400 billion AUM.

Your new role
Due to an increase in workload, the current need is for an initial 3 months for an experienced ISDA negotiator with an in depth knowledge of drafting, negotiating, reviewing and completing derivatives and trading documentation including

• ISDA,
• CSA and
• Amendment Agreements
• GMRA.
• FX trading agreements
• clearing agreements
• prime brokerage

Additionally you will also be required to provide analysis and advice on new derivative products as they are explored on behalf of clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified lawyer, ideally with an investment management background. You will need to have in depth knowledge of a wide range of ISDA documentation, GMRA and FX trading agreements as well as knowledge of both UK and Luxembourg fund ranges (UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds). You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and work well within a team environment.

What you'll get in return
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 3 months. The role will be paid on a day rate basis which is very competitive.
