High profile National firm are looking to appoint an Employment Law solicitor to join their Birmingham city centre department.

You will be joining an award winning team with technically strong solicitors who have trained and gained experience at a rival city or large regional firm.

On offer is a mixed caseload. You can expect to handle both contentious and non-contentious work and providing advice to clients on all aspects of Employment Law including discrimination law, TUPE and Equal Pay.

You will manage your own caseload of contentious cases including advocacy in the employment tribunal and provide advice to clients on all aspects of employment law both in person and on a telephone advice line.

It is expected you will offer gentle supervision to your less experienced colleagues but that also your more experienced colleagues would be on hand to help you. It is a close knit collegiate team environment.
