Job Details
Commercial Property Partner
A formidable full service national and international practice is keen to expand its Birmingham presence with the appointment of a Commercial Property Solicitor at Partner level.
The practice employs in excess of 2000 members of staff within the UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East and is the recipient of a host of awards, reinforcing its status as a Top 20 law firm. The practice is considered a major player in the profession and is proud to boast a stellar client list.
Based at modern offices in Birmingham city centre, the firm is keen to expand its real estate offering and so wishes to bring on board an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to the partnership. As such the practice is particularly keen to hear from partners at established Top 100 law firms who have a portable following or part following and who are perhaps disillusioned with their current role and are craving the freedom to shape their practice area but who are perhaps unable to do any of this because of being constrained by very rigid internal policies.
Alternatively, the firm is equally enthusiastic to hear from senior associates who have worked at high calibre firms and are keen on taking the step up to partner level by demonstrating their technical expertise and their appetite for business development and who have either a portable following or who are very well connected and will be able to secure clients expeditiously.
The salary and benefits package on offer is second to none and the firm is also able to offer a collegiate and supportive working environment. The bonus structure is outstanding and the firm is truly a meritocratic organisation and is in a very strong financial position, can offer long term security and will also offer exposure to high calibre work which you can often leverage off by way of cross-departmental referrals.
Opportunities to join the partnership of a leading firm are rare so for more information on this Commercial Property Partner role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.

It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
