An opportunity has arisen for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join a dynamic legal practice in Plymouth. Our client a leading commercial legal practice in Plymouth is seeking to expand their Company Commercial offering with the appointment of an ambitious Solicitor. Your clientele will include sole traders, partners, directors, and shareholders. You can expect to advise and assist upon business sales and purchases, M&A, corporate restructures, commercial agreements and participate in the business development and marketing initiatives of the firm.
Applications are welcomed from Company Commercial Solicitors who have secured a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. Applicants will have strong commercial awareness, and be keen networkers.
