An award winning very highly rated Legal 500 listed practice is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to its expanding team at Associate level.

Based in the heart of the black country, the firm is a national practice employing in excess of 200 people and has a reputation for consistently delivering exceptional standards of service and for inspiring confidence on behalf of its significant number of clients whilst at the same time promotes a culture of meritocracy in a very stable and supportive working environment. In fact, what sets this firm apart is that many of the current partners held partner roles at national and international firms in the city centre but moved here to benefit from a lack of bureaucracy yet retain exposure to top quality work.

The Commercial Property Team has extensive experience in acting for large corporate entities through to sole traders and is renowned for delivering pragmatic, commercially sound advice. Due to a growing portfolio of instructions, the Commercial Property Team is looking to hire a solicitor at anywhere between 3 to 9 years' PQE to deal with a varied caseload of real estate matters to include sales and acquisitions, development, construction and landlord and tenant issues. Clients include investors, developers, public sector bodies and a variety of well-known private corporate entities and you will form part of a team of experienced commercial property lawyers and be involved with high value complex matters whilst at the same time have conduct of your own matters.
