Job Details
The Role
You will be joining a firm which offers excellent ongoing training to its junior staff and combines a friendly, supportive working ethos with a real determination to achieve great results for its clients. The firm is looking for a NQ solicitor with some existing property background, and preferably with previous conveyancing experience. Managing your own case load, you will be able to deal with all elements effectively including drafting client documentation and performing title checks for residential properties on purchase and re-mortgage matters.

Be a NQ solicitor
Have undertaken some relevant property work, preferable within residential conveyancing, during the course of your training
Possess excellent client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
Exceptional client care, always prepared to go above and beyond
Possess a can-do approach, logical and persuasive in equal measure
A genuine team player who is outcome focused
Bright, enthusiastic with a personality that shines
You will have a good technical knowledge
You should have a meticulous eye for detail
You will have excellent communication skills.
