Job Details
Residential Conveyancer required to join this highly regarded, long established, multi office Legal 500 firm. The residential conveyancing department deal with the full range of residential property matters to include sale and purchase; lock out agreements, property transfers, re-mortgages, equity release and leaseholds. They are seeking to recruit a residential conveyancer who has is used to dealing with the full range of matters from initial instruction to completion. You will be fully versed in all areas of residential conveyancing and also have a proven track record in providing a very high level of client care. You will recognise the need to be commercially astute and where possible meeting and surpassing your client's needs with your attention to detail. You will be actively involved with the department and firm's marketing and networking. Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
