A Legal 500 firm based in Cardiff are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor. This leading firm are at the forefront of commercial property development in Wales working with a broad range of developers, investors and portfolio occupiers.
The Real Estate department deals with Corporate, Development, Litigation, Investment, Planning, Environment, Finance and Construction. They have a wealth of experience and have some of the most highly regarded lawyers in the South Wales working there.

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE and you will have dealt with a good caseload of Real Estate matters including development and investment work.
