Job Details
A great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well established law firm who have earned an enviable reputation for setting high standards servicing clients in both private and commercial law.
The role of junior legal secretary will include:-
- Audio & Copy typing
- Diary management
- Preparing court bundles
- Submitting online forms
- Liaising with clients, experts, lawyers and the courts
- Email and phone correspondence
- Taking messages
- Data entry
- General office administration
- Photocopying and filing
Requirements of the Administrator:
- Have fast and accurate typing skills - Must be IT literate
- Willing to learn and train - Have previous administrative or secretarial experience
- Have flexible, reliable, confident approach
- Be able to cope under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to handle a fast paced environment & high work load
