Position - Residential Property Paralegal
Solicitor/Lawyer/Residential Conveyancing/Residential Property/Leasehold Enfranchisement

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join the offices of an established London based law firm. The firm have developed a prominent position on the local London legal scene over the past few years and have such have developed a thriving Residential Property practice. With this in mind the firm are now looking to bring on a qualified Solicitor to aid in the expansion of their team and to handle the increased amount of work coming into the department. As such the firm are looking for an experienced Lawyer with a broad background in Residential Property that is also able to support the firm's partnership in business development and marketing activities. Due to the nature of the firms clientele they would ideally be looking for Solicitor that also has previous experience in the area of Leasehold Enfranchisement work. This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a busy London Residential Property department that is currently in a phase of growth and that offers sustainable long term opportunities for career development.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad Residential Property law experience.
- Able to support Partnership in business development and marketing work.
- Ideally some previous experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement law.
