Job Details
An established practice in Rayleigh is now seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team from October 2017 for 12 months to cover maternity leave. With traditional values, this Firm is dedicated to providing services to individuals and businesses in the local surroundings.
About the Role
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor with at least six years PQE. You will act as a sole fee earner with the support of a qualified Paralegal, handling a busy private caseload. You will be experienced in: conflicts arising from relationship breakdowns; ancillary relief; divorce; civil partnerships; separation; cohabitation disputes and; pre-nuptial agreements. You will be personable and show great professionalism, contributing to the continued success of the department
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor with around 6 years PQE (PQE is purely a guide and consideration will be given to all applicants who apply;
Possess solid expertise within a private Family department;
You must be able to work independently;
You will have excellent organisational and verbal and written communication skills;
You will be empathetic with great communication skills across all levels.
