Corporate Tax Lawyer/Senior Associate - Cambridge

The successful candidate will be a solicitor with around 5 years PQE upwards and will be joining one of the best specialist corporate tax lawyers in the UK and will have exposure to excellent quality work on behalf of an impressive client base ranging from unquoted, AIM and listed companies, to international companies.

You will be part of a team advising on the tax implications of things like corporate mergers, management buyouts, property related tax such as SDLT and VAT, employment tax relating to things such as termination payments and salary sacrifice schemes and tax disputes.

It is likely you will have gained your experience at a city, national or large regional firm. In terms of the quality of work and client base they are nationally renowned and have one of the strongest teams outside of London.

This role would be perfect for London based lawyers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of London without taking a step back in terms of work quality of work.

The firm will offer a good salary at the top end of market rate for the Cambridge area as well as other great benefits such as bonus schemes, pension contributions, private health insurance and much more
