RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
Respected firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property solicitor.
You will cover a broad range of work in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property. The role will involve handling a busy and mixed caseload of work including but not limited to:
- Residential and Commercial sales and purchases;
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant work
- Investment properties;
- Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property;
- Leasehold flats;
- Newbuilds;
- Transfers of Equity;
- Lease extensions.
