Legal Secretary – Tax & Estate Planning – Bristol

A terrific opportunity for a Legal Secretary to work for one of the UK’s award winning leading law firms in Bristol City Centre.

We’re searching for a high-calibre Legal Secretary with experience in the legal or professional services sector to coordinate and support busy fee earners in the Tax & Estate Planning team.

Working closely with a number of fee earners in the Bristol office, you will be responsible for typing, preparing legal documentation and correspondence, assisting with marketing activities, checking, diary management, billing and handling comprehensive travel arrangements.

There will also be the opportunity to draft Wills, LPA’s, and other legal documents.

You will also actively deal with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and provide effective transfer of information. There is the opportunity to play an active role in managing and taking responsibility for the billing process working closely with the accounts team.

You will be able to demonstrate flexibility, diversity and have a proactive attitude.
