This progressive law firm is looking to secure the talents of a  Fast Track Fee Earner who will work with Small Claims and Fast Track RTA files with a value of up to £25,000 on both delegated non delegated basis, for a variety of insurer clients.

This private practice is the only top 50 law firm to focus exclusively on handling and defending both mainstream and specialist insurance claims. Strong internal career development on offer. Excellent transport links make this an easy commute.
 

In a nutshell

The Fast Track Fee Earner will be dealing with small claims and fast track RTA files with a value of up to £25,000 on both delegated non delegated basis, for a variety of insurer clients. The role requires independent working, competently using your own initiative to review files and formulate the initial Strategy to ensure the best outcome for the client.

About you

A Law degree would be an advantage, though any degree education will be considered. In both instances RTA experience is essential.

Applications are welcomed from both claimant and defendant backgrounds. Naturally, you will be confident in running a caseload and meeting deadlines and you will also be personable and a great team player.

A good degree of IT literacy is required along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will love negotiating and treating clients with the respect they deserve.
