Property Litigation Solicitor - Our clients, who have several office situated in Kent have asked us to find them a further property litigation solicitor to join their highly regarded team at their West Kent office.

They are looking for a solicitor with c.4-7 years relevant case handling experience, sound technical skills and able to engage with clients and develop business further. Joining their dispute resolution team you will take the lead in growing the property litigation work under partner supervision.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience in property litigation cases relating to both residential and commercial property, including:
-       Boundary disputes
-       Easement disputes
-       Party Wall Act Disputes
-       Dealing with opposed and unopposed renewal applications under the Landlord and Tenancy Act 1954
-       Dilapidation claims
-       Service Charge Disputes
-       Residential Claims under s.21 And s.8 Procedure
-       Collective Enfranchisement
