Corporate Lawyer / Finance Lawyer
This multi-office firm is among the global leaders when it comes to providing high-end offshore legal advice. It is seeking an English qualified lawyer for its BVI corporate team. The workload will be varied and will span elements of corporate and finance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a broad remit. It is international by definition and involves advising on the offshore elements of major cross-border transactions. Lawyers in this market typically enjoy a level of involvement and client contact beyond that of their contemporaries onshore.
In order to be considered, you will need to be qualified in the UK and you will have trained and practised at a good City, international or leading regional UK law firm. Corporate Lawyers, Finance Lawyers or those with a mixed transactional practice are all encouraged to apply. It is most likely to suit someone in the 2-5 years’ PQE range although we are happy to consider all suitable applicants. You should be commercially astute, able to think on your feet and have strong client communication skills.
