The firm are looking to recruit a lawyer to join their successful and highly achieving team. You will need to have broad knowledge of the financial regulation of investments and financial instruments, brokers, funds, platforms and exchanges.
You will need to have strong knowledge of financial regulation, including FSMA and the FCA Handbook. You will have a good understanding of regulatory developments in Europe in the field of financial regulation and be following MIFID II. You may have worked on implementing EMIR, and have knowledge and experience in the following areas: CRD IV, Bank recovery and resolution, Benchmark regulation, Banking structural reforms, and Market abuse / AML matters.
