Contracts Solicitor required to join a Local Authority located in Northamptonshire for an initial 3 month term.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-organised local authority. Our client is happy to consider flexible working opportunities, with the ability to work from home up to 1 day per week where feasible.

The successful candidate will manage a varied workload, comprising of various commercial contracts matters. These will include;

  • Housing
  • Planning
  • Regeneration
  • Environmental Health

Our client is keen to hear from established Contracts Solicitors, ideally with previous public sector experience although this is not essential . Therefore candidates are welcomed to apply from both local authority and private practice backgrounds.

The office is well located, situated within walking distance from a plethora of shops and restaurants. It is within walking distance from the nearest train station, making this Council easily commutable.
