Investment Management Paralegal

Paralegal with Magic Circle Law Firm, Investment Management Group, London, 12 months +, £15.50 p/h + OT

Your new company
This Magic Circle Law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal to join its Investment Management Group. The firm is well established, headquartered in London, and has offices in 20 countries worldwide.

Your new role
You will carry out trainee level work, working directly with the legal team on one of the firm's largest matters. You will get additional responsibility as you develop within the role. To start with you will prepare execution packs, collate signature pages, and update matter trackers. You will also input amendments across large volumes of documents.

What you'll need to succeed
You have completed and secured the results of your LPC / BPTC, and have attained a minimum 2.1 in your degree. You have strong attention to detail and are organised, and can take ownership of different tasks. You ideally have proven experience in the production and coordination of large volumes of documents. You are flexible with working hours.

What you'll get in return
You will work at a top law firm, carrying out technical work at a similar level to a trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has not yet secured a Training Contract, but wants good quality experience to add to their profile. There is good opportunity for overtime pay, which is very competitive. There is also potential that this role will be extended, or could even become a permanent position.
