Our client is a well rated mid-tier firm which enjoys good profile in Sheffield and provides a range of services to public, private and commercial clients.

As a result of expansion, they are looking for a Child Care Solicitor c5+PQE to their busy Family Department to act on a breadth of Child Care matters including care proceedings, adoption, child arrangement orders, parental responsibility issues, abduction and guardianship work.

Suitable candidates must have Children Panel membership, had experience of Care work throughout their career so as to be able to manage a full caseload and that will have included Advocacy experience and dealings with Children's Guardians. The successful applicant will be commercially aware, have excellent client care skills, an eye for detail and knowledge of document and case management systems and Legal Aid.
