Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Leeds

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial litigation solicitor to join an established, yet forward thinking law firm in Leeds. A minimum of around 7 years general dispute resolution experience is required to undertake a full and varied caseload.

You will be part of a team of specialist commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyers and will be able to assist and advise at any stage of a conflict including mediation through to interim remedies, court action and injunction. Handling your own caseload, you will be client focused and pro-active on resolving disputes swiftly with emphasis on realistic and cost effective solutions. You will work with a broad range of clients and good quality work including agency disputes, banking litigation, contractual disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes and property litigation.

The successful applicant will have excellent technical and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in business development to generate more business for the practice.
