Civil / Commercial Litigator

An exciting and varied contentious caseload awaits an experienced civil and commercial litigator who wishes to be the lead litigator with this successful, traditional, yet forward thinking, leading Buckinghamshire practice.

The successful applicant will enjoy the following:

  • Joining a successful team of highly competent lawyers and support staff with in-depth expertise, a wide variety of experience and a wealth of strengths and skills
  • Playing a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Litigation Department
  • Handling a mixed contentious caseload to include commercial and contractual disputes, property and land related disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, probate litigation and employment
  • Dealing with a wide variety of claims ranging from small claims to multitrack claims acting on behalf of both private individuals, SMEs, OMBS, partnerships, limited companies and PLCs

It is envisaged that this role would suit an enthusiastic litigator with at least six years' PQE gained handling either a civil and/or commercial litigation caseload, however applications from less experienced candidates with the relevant experience will also be considered.
