My client are looking to hire an experienced IT Support specialist to provide Support to their user base.

You will have experience in working in a Law Firm and be comfortable working in both deskside and phone support.

The role will be very hands on and cover the broad spectrum of Support requests, therefore you will be happy providing 1st Line to more technical 2nd line support.

Within the role, you will have autonomy to provide a full Support service to the internal user base, whiclst building your profile and technical knowledge.
