A rare opportunity to join a highly respected organisation, who are leaders within their field. My client are looking to recruit a customer focused Support Analyst with excellent communication skills to provide, 1st / 2nd line Windows / PC support to their user base.

You will ideally have 1-3 years exp in working in a professional service Support environment, have excellent communication skills and comfortable with desk-side Support to a demanding user base.
