Community Care Solicitor (0-2 Yrs. PQE)

The chosen Community Care Solicitor will predominantly work with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to resolve issues around social care and health for their clients considering Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCPs). You will have in-depth knowledge and experience of giving community care advice in a legal capacity, including social care and continuing healthcare matters. A key aspect of the role will be to participate in the development of the specialism within the firm, focusing on SEN and disabilities of children to include taking part in marketing, maintaining the SEN website and representing your firm as events.

Experience in representing parents at meetings with the local authority and tribunal would be preferable but not essential.
