An exciting opportunity has arisen with an award-winning firm. They are currently looking to hire a number of Senior Remortgage Fee Earners to join their expanding team on a permanent basis and work from home. On offer is a competitive benefits package, along with a salary of up to £25,000.

The successful Remortgage Fee Earner will deal with remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Deeds of Postponement and Leasehold matters, a minimum of 5 years experience would be ideal. The role will also involve chasing third parties, including lenders and brokers, for signed documents, lender redemption statements and funds.
The successful Remortgage Fee Earner will
- Have previous experience handling their own remortgage caseload from inception to completion
- Be IT Literate
- Have excellent phone and interpersonal skills in order to provide a first-rate conveyancing service
