Residential Conveyancer/Fee Earner

Northampton.

A successful modern and expanding firm are on the lookout for conveyancing fee earners for a role within their growing practice.

The ideal candidate will be a conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience in dealing with a caseload of residential property matters within thriving team from start to finish. You will be a good "all rounder" with a good working knowledge of the full range of conveyancing matters including. sales, purchases for both freehold and leasehold as well as matters such as transfers of equity, shared ownership and new builds. You must have the experience, ability and confidence to deal with your own caseload with minimal supervision. Although the department is thriving with a steady flow of good quality work coming in the directors of the firm do not place unmanageable targets on their fee earners and control the flow of work to ensure that the quality of service they provide to their clients remains high. You will have the benefit of conveyancing assistants and other support to assist you to manage your caseloads.

A good salary dependent on experience will be paid to the successful candidate along with other great benefits. The firm is based slightly out of town so does enjoy the benefit of free parking.
