My client, a regional firm with offices across the South of England, has an opportunity for a senior Immigration Solicitor to join their successful team in Bedford.

My client is seeking Immigration Advisers/Caseworkers who have extensive experience providing legal advice to clients on issues including sponsor licence applications, civil penalty defence work, applications for leave to enter or remain, Tier 1, Tier 2, EEA cases, naturalisation, judicial reviews etc. You will be working for a well regarded firm of Solicitors based in modern, innovative offices close to excellent transport links.

Your duties will include;
- Providing immigration law advice and assistance to clients
- Creating and issuing invoices
- Conducting business development duties
- Supervising junior employees

For this role you should have previously worked in a similar legal role, have excellent IT, communication and client care skills.

You will be enthusiastic, committed to a legal career in the Home Counties, able to take a flexible approach in your work and will be eager to contribute to the development of the firm.
