Fantastic opportunity to join one of the North West's most most successful law firms and a Top 100 firm with leading Legal 500 lawyers. This role is for a Senior Paralegal / Junior Solicitor to join a top tier Legal 500 Real Estate department and manage their own caseload whilst working closely with a Senior Partner on their complex transactions.

You will be expected to deal with your own caseload of landlord & tenant, lease acquisitions and freehold & leasehold disposals. You will gradually increase your caseload and responsibilities until you are dealing with more complex work such as development. You will be dealing with £multi-million properties and dealing with a national client base that are based within the retail, construction and energy sectors.

Ideally you will have gained 3+ years' experience as a Paralegal or be an NQ Solicitor to fulfil the duties in this role. There will be plenty of opportunities to further your career and move into more advanced roles with an increased amount of responsibility. Salary will be based on experience level, however you will have a wealth of benefits that include 25 days holiday, private healthcare, childcare vouchers, pension and a bonus scheme.
