You will have a proven track record elsewhere with a city or regional firm and perhaps at this stage of your career you will be looking for a new challenge where you can stand out in your own right.

What's required here is for someone to come in and by performing marketing and business development you will build up the profile of the city centre office. Perhaps you will have some work in progress already.

The expectation is that you can progress to partnership in time by billing well on high net worth matters.

If you are STEP qualified or a member of Solicitors For Elderly that would be of interest to the firm.
