A great opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor, who is  based in Cambridge to work on Clinical Negligence Litigation matters. You'd be joining a highly reputable Division, ranked in the top tier for Defendant Clinical Negligence in both Chambers and Legal 500. 

The Solicitors key role and responsibilities will be:

• Dealing with claims ranging from values of £20,000 up to £40,000,000 both pre-litigation and in litigation
• Covering the full range of clinical negligence issues including, surgical, obstetric, orthopaedic and psychiatric
• Dealing with a range of clients such as: NHS Resolution, NHS Healthcare clients, independent hospital groups and practitioners

 The minimum requirements for the Solicitor role are:

• Strong Academics (2.1 or higher degree) or equivalent
• Good knowledge of clinical negligence litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules
• Litigation experience within clinical negligence or personal injury as part of a training contract
• Ideally defendant NHSR panel Solicitor
