NEW BUSINESS CONVEYANCING CONSULTANT • KENT• IMMEDIATE START

Based on the London/Kent border, our client are a friendly and highly reputable high street firm looking for a new business consultant for their conveyancing department to join a dynamic and ever-growing team of Fee Earners assisting with new business enquiries from clients including first time buyers through to high net worth property developers to start from next week on a six month maternity cover.

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to offer excellent customer services handling new business queries, namely quotes which will need to be converted
  • An adaptable and personal approach
  • Knowledge of the full conveyancing process to clarify to prospective new clients
  • A background in estate agency work is preferable
  • Be able to effectively prioritise work and consistently meet deadlines

The role will involve:

  • Dealing with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process and ensuring a high rate of conversation of new business enquiries to new clients
