The Role

The firm are seeking to recruit two Post Completions Paralegals to join their modern office based in Chelmsford, Essex.

The Post Completions Department deals with an excellent quality of work, they deal with some of the most well-known and prestigious estate agents and developers. You will deal with a caseload of; actioning legal procedures, prepare and submit Stamp Duty Tax Returns, prepare Registrations enforced by Land Registry.

Due to an influx of new work, the department is expanding meaning this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will have good quality residential conveyancing experience
• You will be able to manage your own caseload and be comfortable with complex work
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving, professional environment
• You must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Salary is competitive with a good bonus structure
