Housing Lawyer

Our client, a trusted Local Authority based in the Home Counties urgently requires a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their team.

The position will be for an initial one month contract which offers a strong likelihood of an extension.

The Position

If your application is successful, you will be expected to carry a full and extensive caseload which will include but will not be limited to the following matters:

• Disrepair,
• Possession claims,
• Anti-social behaviour,
• Homelessness,
• Tenancy fraud and
• Nuisance

It is important that you have experience using the ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014 and are confident in conducting advocacy.

The ideal candidate will be innovative and conscientious and can prove to be a strong team player.
