Commercial Solicitor 2 - 4 Pqe

My client, a well established firm in North London are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to run a general commercial caseload incorporating commercial contracts and IP matters.

This firm are looking to recruit an experienced commercial solicitor and will consider from around 2 - 4 PQE in running your own good quality commercial caseload. The role will be to run a varied caseload of Commercial matters including agency agreements, Guarantees, Licensing agreements, Sale of goods/services, Distribution agreements, Terms and conditions of trading, and Franchise agreements. You will also have the opportunity to work on IP matters as and when required by the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well regarded firm with lawyers from the West End and City with a cost-conscious attitude. This firm has an international client base and a strong corporate department and you will get the opportunity to work on very good quality work.
