Housing Litigation Solicitor

New opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join an excellent Manchester Law Firm in their City centre office.

Joining a team of 12, you will work with your fellow solicitors in the team to act for tenants in housing disputes against Landlords. Experience of acting for tenants is preferred, but applications will be considered from those Solicitors who have acted predominantly for Landlords.

Ideally you, will be working as a Housing Litigation Solicitor already, acting upon a broad remit of contentious issues related to Housing disrepair. You will be an experienced Litigator, able to act decisively and in a commercial manner. Understanding of Section 11 L&T claims is preferred.

Applications for this role will be accepted from those candidates who are qualified solicitors in wider Litigation, but have not had the opportunity to act on Housing Litigation. Similarly, if you have experience in Housing Law and wish to undertake more Litigation, please get in touch.
