Highly successful, Lancashire practice is looking to expand its specialist Property team.

As part of its longer terms strategic planning and to meet immediate demand caused by increased client activity and new client wins, opportunities exist at varying levels within the team. Applications are welcomed at all levels including assistant solicitors, NQs, legal executives and paralegals.

Previous experience of assisting in property transactions (either commercial or residential) is essential. There are opportunities within the team for those able to manage a transaction autonomously and or those able to provide assistance whilst being supervised on a delegated task basis.

You will form part of a market leading team, which is instructed by an interesting mix of significant clients involved in major project, development and regeneration. The quality and diversity of instructions that the team attracts ensures an interesting mix of work.
