A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 5+yrs PQE with management/team leadership experience looking to join a top 200 firm in Bolton as a Residential Conveyancing Manager?

This award winning and highly successful firm are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and experience in managing / leading a team of Conveyancing Fee Earners.
 
Your role will be to manage, lead and motivate a small team of Conveyancing Fee Earners (Paralegals and Legal Assistants), as well as manage your own small caseload of residential conveyancing files. Day to day you will manage the performance and allocation of work, drive performance, process and business.
 
You will likely be responsible for contributing to the success of the department and will have a proven track record in both conveyancing fee earning and managing a team. You must be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (5+yrs PQE).
 
This opportunity would offer an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor the opportunity to step up and manage and drive the success of a successful conveyancing department.
