Property Development Solicitor
A Property Development Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with one of the UK's leading law firms. The role will be based in Bournemouth and offers a basic salary of up to £45,000.
My client specialises in national and regional Residential and Commercial Property Development. They have experienced growth in recent years and now offer services in Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Corporate and Commercial, Private Client, Family and Employment. With a heritage dating back sixty years and a series of mergers under their belt, this has given them the strength they have in today's market place.
The role sits within the niche Property Development team who is part of the wider Commercial Property/Real Estate department. You will be working within a large team with twenty industry experts. The vast proportion of your role will be Social Housing work, this area of expertise is a must! You will be an accomplished Property Development Solicitor with a generalist background in Commercial Property and Real Estate.
This is a fantastic South Coast based Property Development role offering a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
