Job Details
This top tier Legal 500 commercial law firm are seeking a highly experienced qualified conveyancer to help expand their conveyancing offering and work on extremely complex residential property transactions.
The role is to deal with a low volume caseload consisting of high value properties (£500,000+) on both a local and national scale including complex London leasehold properties, right to buy, staircasing and estates.
You must have a Legal 500 background and need to have 8 years' PQE at the very least as you will be servicing HNW clients and work with partners to generate more business for the team. There is a strong work / balance in place and it is rare for lawyers to be in the office past 6pm! There are no financial billing targets for this role due to the ethos of 'putting clients first'.
Based in South Manchester / Cheshire and within easy access of public transport & motorway links this is an ideal option for a solicitor in the North West who is looking for an opportunity at a highly regarded firm and deal with complex work.
Salary for this is circa £40k - £50k with a tremendous benefits package also in place.
