Job Details
You should be a junior company commercial and corporate solicitor who will have trained with a leading regional or ideally London based practice. Your experience should include M&A matters, AIM listing, MBOs/MBIs, share sales/purchases and the full range of commercial advice. You will have a strong academic background with a 2:1 or better. The successful candidate will work closely with the teams leading partner, based in Gerrards Cross, and will benefit from excellent ongoing training and development. The firm can offer a leading regional salary and package, along with a defined career path.
