Job Details
A leading Surrey firm ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ - 3 years PQE.
The role is to work in a team managing your own caseload role with a particular focus on leasing, acquisitions, disposals and secured lending as well as supporting on larger transactions.
The department regularly advise on; acquisition and disposal of land and buildings, including office, industrial, retail and mixed use buildings, option agreements, office, retail and industrial leasing both landlord and tenant, secured lending work, joint venture agreements, development agreements and general development work. Recently advising a private equity consortium on the acquisition of a major redevelopment site consisting of more than 900 properties.
The firm is well regarded for it's Commercial Property work and looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who has trained either in a London firm or strong regional firm and seeking that next challenge.
