Job Details
One of Yorkshire's most prestigious law firms are looking to recruit a Senior partner into their thriving Wills and Probate team with the role based out of the Sheffield city office. The department is well established but is now looking for an additional partner to continue to service the clients needs.
The role will require someone to lead / mange the current private client team and to develop new business to add to the current reputation this firm has in private client.
Key responsibilities of the role will involve:
- Managing the existing private client team;
- Implementing a innovative business development strategy
- Provide on going support to the existing team and offer advice on all areas of private client work including; estate and care fees planning, wills and will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, codicils, trusts and trust administration, probate and administration of estates, tax planning and IHT implications, and charities.
The role requires an experienced Private Client solicitor with a true desire to take that next spec up to partner level. Alternatively you could be an existing private client partner looking to join a strong team with some following to add the caseload.
