Your new company
Our Top Tier international client is expanding considerably in the Bristol market with lawyers from high calibre City and national firms. With close links to their London office and a strong international network, this firm has a significant growing presence in the market.
Your new role
They are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to bolster their existing offering. With a diverse client base of property funds, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants, and a broad church of investor clients, this team have access to high quality City work including acquisitions and disposals, renewables, estate management, high value landlord and tenant work, as well as property financing and corporate support.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked for a leading City or national practice and have experience of handling a breadth of challenging Commercial Property work, ideally incorporating the retail and financial services sectors. As well as working for the Commercial Property team, you will also partner with the firm's construction and planning teams to deliver a cohesive client offering.
