Governance Lawyer required to join a local authority based just north of London for an initial 3 month period.
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake senior level work within a small public sector organisation. Our client is happy to consider candidates on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be a great multi-tasker, able to manage a busy workload which will include the following matters;
- Data Protection
- Freedom of Information
- General monitoring officer
- Policy review
- Arranging training plans
Our client is looking for an experienced governance lawyer, ideally from a local authority background. It would be hugely beneficial for the successful governance lawyer to have a working knowledge of the Iken case management system, although this is not essential.
This local authority is well located, situated within walking distance from public transport links, as well as being a stone's throw away from various shops and restaurants.
