A highly successful and established reputable firmed based within the Lancashire area are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor in to their established team.
The Role
Dealing with a caseload of diverse and varying complexity which may include but not limited too;
- Surgical Negligence
- Cosmetic Surgery Negligence
- Misdiagnosis claims
- A&E / NHS Claims
The Candidate
Will possess a minimum of 1 year PQE and be able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and experience dealing with a broad spectrum of litigation matters. You will also be ambitious, proactive and driven to develop your both your career and the department
