Job Details
We have been informed of an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly commercial legal practice in Chester. The firm has an excellent reputation, recognised by the Legal 500, and an exceptional client base made up of household names.
The successful candidate will work as part of a cohesive team advising on the full range of commercial property matters across a variety of sectors including retail & leisure, hospitality and housing & regeneration. The firm has a client-centric approach and takes pride in its accessible culture and the transparency of the advice it provides.
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 2 years' PQE and preferably come from a background of solid academics and experience. Someone local to the area with experience in security and Landlord and Tenant and Development work is most desired for this role, though if you feel you do have the required skills to fulfil the position, please do apply.
